Stickybear Typing is a typing/keyboarding software for grades PreK to 5. Stickybear Typing is published by Optimum Resource and is available in different configurations to fit your needs.
The award-winning Stickybear Typing program allows users to sharpen typing skills and achieve keyboard mastery with three engaging and amusing multi-level activities. Stickybear Keypress, for young players and beginners, allows typing practice from the simplest drills in home key position to complex exercises that require the full keyboard.
Stickybear Thump builds typing skills in a fast-action game format. In Stickybear Stories, users can practice and improve typing facility with entertaining text in a choice of categories. Timed practice or an accuracy mode may be selected.
The program contains 30 levels of difficulty; choose your own level! Level 30 contains the most commonly misspelled words. Users may test themselves for timing and for accuracy and the program tracks progress and keeps records.
School Versions and above include freely reproducible lesson plans and manipulative masters.

Comes on a CD, which runs on Windows 2000, XP and Vista or Mac OS 9 (Classic). The CD must remain in the drive to run the program.

Macintosh:
