Stickybear Spelling is a spelling software for children in grades 2 to 4. Stickybear Spelling is published by Optimum Resource and is available in different configurations to fit your needs.
In Stickybear Spelling children discover and practice critical spelling skills as they work with three unique, action-packed activities, each with four graded levels of difficulty.
With more than 2,000 recorded words, teachers may edit the word lists for each individual.
Children build sight vocabularies, spelling, and memory skills as they spell words. Students increase their ability to recognize hundreds of high frequency words, and are rewarded with specific animations.
School Versions and above include freely reproducible lesson plans and manipulative masters.
Teacher selectable options allow for custom word lists to focus student's efforts.
Minimum System Requirements: Stand Alone CD Windows 2000, XP, Vista or Mac OS 9 (Classic)
Comes on a CD, which runs on Windows 2000, XP and Vista or Mac OS 9 (Classic). The CD must remain in the drive to run the program.
Windows: A computer running Windows 2000, XP or Vista, CD ROM Drive, 32 MB of RAM and a Color Monitor. Windows compatible sound card recommended.
Macintosh: PowerPC, System 9x, 32 MB RAM, CD ROM Drive (OS X users, titles will run on systems which support OS9 Classic.
