Stickybear Reading Room Deluxe provides colorful, motivating reading and thinking skills practice for children with four unique learning activities. Stickybear Reading Room Deluxe is published by Optimum Resource and is available in different configurations to fit your needs.
Stickybear Reading Room Deluxe is for students in grades K to 3.
Each activity features lively animation and clear human speech in either English or Spanish. Users can toggle freely between languages.
In Word Bop, children use a toy cannon to “bop” pictures into words, then back to pictures. Bop provides all the fun of an arcade game with important early learning skills including sight recognition, recognition through phonetic analysis, and literal comprehension.
Students can begin to increase their sight vocabulary with Word Match where verbal reinforcement helps them match words and pictures.
Word Book is a picture book activity designed to enhance sight and phonetic recognition skills as well as building and reinforcing word recognition.
Sentence Builder, the core activity in the suite, allows young learners to create their own animations by constructing thousands of possible sentences from noun and verb phrases. Children gain experience with literal and inference comprehension, predicting logical outcome, and identifying the meaning of words in context. Stickybear Reading Room has been used successfully by millions of young readers and praised by teachers and parents alike.
