Reading for Meaning improves reading comprehension with literature, lessons and tools made for students in grades 3 to 8. Reading for Meaning is published by Tom Snyder/Scholastic.

Reading for Meaning targets reading comprehension based on a research-validated instructional model. Through explicit modeling and guided practice, students develop skills in five key areas: main idea, inference, sequence, cause & effect, and compare & contrast.
